Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The house was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our three generations of family (plus one dog) had plenty of spaces to gather together but also made use of quiet areas to unwind. We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, and this house was the perfect spot! We enjoyed exploring local restaurants and shops, but we really spent most of our time at the house - in the pool, watching movies in the theater, playing games, and hiking. Rebecca and Michael were excellent hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and proactive with communication from booking through checkout. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as expected. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

If you get a chance to rent this fabulous home, do it! The property is amazing and the house is extraordinary. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you might need to for a holiday dinner and there are three different grills outside by the pool. The property is secluded with great views and there are hiking trails accessible from the backyard. This property is dog friendly with a fenced backyard. The basement has a large theater room which was amazing. We had an issue with an appliance and the owners responded immediately and worked tirelessly to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a property where the owner worked harder to address a problem. Communication was extraordinary as the owners responded to questions immediately. In summary, if you get a chance to rent this fabulous home, do it!

This is hands down the best property in the Fredericksburg area. There are huge bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is a huge 4 room play area in the basement where also your doggies can stay, plus there's a pool table in a huge sandbox for teens and kids under the pool. There's a movie projector, a foosball and air hockey table, tons of board games and a card table. There are bathrooms everywhere. The gorgeous backyard and the hot tub alone is reason enough to come here. Swing set in the front yard. A seven year old never had it so good. My family never wanted to leave. Furthermore, I am a chef. I stayed here over Thanksgiving and prepared a feast. There was absolutely NOTHING that was unavailable in this kitchen. Only my kitchen has more spices, and that's because I'm cooking 10 different ethnic foods in a month. There's a Walmart 10 minutes away, and a Costco for heaven's sake, 20 minutes away. You're tucked in a safe, private community perfect for learning how to breathe again. It was Thanksgiving with family, ya'll, and I've never left a place more rested and grateful. The hosts Rebecca and Mike are experts. No problems at all, in fact, I felt held and cared for. The home was even decorated for both Thanksgiving and Xmas!
