“The woods all around the house are lovely and give such nice privacy.”
The privacy at River Rock Villa is only surpassed by the games and fully equipped kitchen making vacation feel like home.

Rappahannock Retreat
My family of four and our dog had a perfect vacation here! We swam in the pool every day, played board games and air hockey, hiked to the river to explore, read books, watched movies, baked and cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, and felt totally at home. The woods all around the house are lovely and give such nice privacy. The homeowners are the best!! Highly recommend!
