Adventure Designed Into the Landscape

The Jump Rock is more than a place to jump — it is a signature River Rock Villa experience designed to bring adventure, laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories together.

Created from approximately 4,000 pounds of natural stone, the Jump Rock and surrounding rock formations were carefully placed into the pool landscape. A team of seven craftsmen, along with a large forklift, worked together to position each massive stone with intention, creating a natural feature that feels as though it belongs exactly where it stands.

During construction, Rebecca stood inside the empty pool, watching the placement and fine-tuning every detail. As dusk approached, one final adjustment was made — just a few more inches — ensuring the perfect angle and position for guests to jump confidently toward the center of the pool.

The result is a beautifully balanced rock formation with thoughtfully designed angles, secure footing, and an easy step-up experience that is both functional and a stunning photo backdrop.

Guests step up onto the natural stone platform and prepare for the splash into the 8-foot-deep landing area below.

The Jump Rock is surrounded by spaces designed for everyone to enjoy the moment — watch from the spa, relax on the sun ledge, gather at the swim-up area, enjoy the terrace, or capture the excitement from the pool deck.

Nearby, a recessed loveseat provides a comfortable place to rest, relax, supervise, enjoy the waterfall, or celebrate the next big jump.

Jump Rock Safety

Before jumping, always confirm the landing area is completely clear.

For a safe and enjoyable experience:

Jump toward the center of the pool.
Jump feet first only.
Do not dive.
Do not jump onto floats or pool accessories.
One person jumps at a time.
Wait until the previous swimmer has cleared the area.

Choose a family safety phrase before jumping:

“All Clear!”

The Jump Rock is designed for confident swimmers. Experienced swimmers can enjoy the approximately 40-foot swim toward the shallow end after entering the water.
